About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative at Statewide Appliance Spares, based in Hilton, South Australia. In this full-time position, you will be the friendly voice of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Handling inbound calls from customers and providing accurate information about our appliance spare parts and services

Assisting customers with product orders, returns, and general inquiries in a courteous and professional manner

Troubleshooting any issues or concerns raised by customers and working to resolve them in a professional and timely manner

Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on any outstanding requests

Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and identify areas for process improvements

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different customer needs

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries

Previous experience working in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably within the retail or appliance industry

A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and a commitment to going above and beyond for our clients

A willingness to quickly master our spare parts data base and customer relationship management (CRM) systems

A team player who is adaptable, reliable, and eager to learn and grow with our company
