The Role
As an Office Manager of a well established commercial litigation practice, your duties will include:
- Human resources including end to end recruitment, performance management, on boarding and off boarding processes, training staff, overseeing administration staff,
- Manage equipment, working with the IT providers, premises management.
- Trust accounting, trust payments, end of month trust reconciliations, trust receipting,
- Billing, liaising with external Accountant, controlling petty cash, accounts payable and accounts receivable,
- cash flow reporting, fee earner reporting, work flow reporting, financial reporting.
- They use Smoke Ball and Xero.
This position is permanent part time working 25-30 hours a week over 5 days.
Your experience
You will have a minimum of 3 years office management experience within a law firm. Bookkeeping experience is also essential.
The Law Firm / Benefits / Salary
Well established boutique law firm of 8 staff in their CBD office. Specialise in Commercial Litigation Law. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $90,000-100,000 + Super pro rata'd).
