Are you an experienced Facilities Manager with a strong background in office fit-outs, compliance, and multi-site operations? HarperLloyd Recruitment is partnering with our client to recruit a Facilities Manager for a 6-month contract, with a key focus on overseeing the relocation of their Brisbane office, opening of a new interstate office and supporting national office operations.
This is a hands-on, project-driven role — perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys managing everything from office moves to compliance and vendor contracts.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and coordinate the Brisbane office relocation and fit-out project
- Manage vendor contracts, maintenance, budgets, and service delivery across multiple offices
- Ensure OH&S compliance, conduct inspections, and oversee safety training
- Handle day-to-day facilities operations including utilities, cleaning, and workspace presentation
- Drive sustainability initiatives and preventative maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver seamless facilities support nationally
About you:
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Facilities Manager who brings:
- Proven facilities management experience in a professional services or corporate environment
- Strong project management skills, including office relocations and refurbishments
- Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), safety protocols, and vendor coordination
- OH&S certification and a solid understanding of compliance requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Hands-on problem-solving ability and excellent organisational skills

- Salary: Up to $120,000 + superannuation (experience dependent)
- Contract: 6 month contract role, created due to current project pipeline
