We’re hiring a Sous Chef and All-Rounder Baristas to be part of our growing team at Nook & Co. Cafe in Wangara!

👨‍🍳 Full-Time Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations

Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard

Train, guide, and motivate kitchen staff

Manage stock, order supplies, and control food costs/wastage

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Sous Chef, or a strong CDP ready to step up

Culinary qualification or equivalent hands-on experience

Creativity, consistency, and attention to detail

Strong leadership and communication skills

☕ All-Rounder Baristas (15-30)hr

Key Skills:

Confident in latte art for dine-in service

Skilled in grinder calibration & espresso flow adjustments

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under pressure

Strong customer service and communication skills

Experience in sandwich preparation and toasting
