Pinchos Bar de Tapas is looking for a passionate, experienced Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team! Whether you're after a casual, part-time, or full-time role, this is your chance to work in a venue that celebrates culture, creativity & incredible food.

👨‍🍳 About the Role:

As a Chef at Pinchos, you'll play a key role in delivering classic Spanish dishes like pintxos, paella, tortilla & croquetas, whilst also having the creative freedom to explore new menu ideas that keep things fresh and vibrant — all whilst helping to uphold the reputation we've built over more than a decade.

You'll work across all sections of the kitchen during busy services, alongside a tight-knit team in a fun, fast-paced environment.

✅ Key Skills & Experience:

4+ years' experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen

Passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and quality-first dishes

Solid understanding of kitchen operations, prep, hygiene, and section work

Experience with Spanish or Mediterranean cuisine is highly desirable

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, leadership; a commitment to team success

Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply

Understanding & delivery of key kitchen numbers and being involved with ordering, rostering and the like to achieve business expectations
