About the Company

Our client is a long standing respected QLD Builder with a focus predominantly in the project home and projects space. They have an office in the heart of the Gold Coast and a fantastic office culture boasting approximately 40 staff.

About the Position

Currently an opportunity exists for a motivated Drafting Manager. Responsibilities will include:

Distribute jobs and checking of documentation

Assist with workflow management

Product development and R&D

Quality control

Liaising with other departments

ArchiCAD Drafting

Skills and Experience

Minimum 5 years project home drafting experience

Tertiary Qualifications

High degree of proficiency in ArchiCAD

Experience as a Drafting Manager or Team Leader highly regarded

Could suit a Senior Draftsperson looking to step up
