Cars4Us is Australia's market-leading online platform for car buying and finance services. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a driven and experienced Business Manager to join our high-performing finance team!

Your Role:

As a Business Manager, you’ll play a key role in securing finance approvals for our customers. You'll work closely with our sales, admin, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless and efficient finance experience. While our core focus is vehicle finance, we also fund a range of other assets, including boats, jet skis, and commercial equipment, giving you the opportunity to diversify your portfolio and increase commission opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with and qualify customers to match them with suitable finance options
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and lender requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Manage your lead and client pipeline to deliver timely, high-quality service
• Collaborate with sales, admin, and other departments to meet service standards
• Support the sales team by assisting with test drives and customer introductions in the dealership
• Assist the General Manager of Sales with performance tracking and reporting

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 2 years' proven experience as a Business Manager in an automotive environment
• A strong track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident negotiator with the ability to close deals effectively
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
