Installation & Projects Manager – Specialist Materials (QLD)

Location: Capalaba, Brisbane
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 + super (depending on experience)
Work Type: Full-time

About the Role

We're seeking a well organised Installation & Projects Manager to oversee our Queensland operations. Based in Capalaba, you'll manage a small team delivering installation projects using Metz-manufactured specialist materials, including:

Industrial coatings

Waterproofing systems

Concrete remediation

Ceramic tiling and brick systems

You'll be responsible for all aspects of our QLD business, including:

Quoting and project delivery

Safety and compliance

Quality assurance

Financial performance

Labour and subcontractor management

Interstate travel may be required occasionally.

About You

You're a logical, well-organised construction professional with:

Minimum 3 years' experience in construction project management, ideally with coatings or tiling experience

Strong communication and leadership skills

A solid understanding of WHS systems and contract management

Experience working with a range of clients — from large builders to government bodies

Australian work rights are required for this position
