About the role:

As an Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the office runs efficiently while being the first point of contact for clients and customers. This varied part-time role offers a mix of administrative, reception and bookkeeping duties, perfect for someone seeking a long-term, secure position with plenty of variety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and customers.
  • Manage front-of-office reception and assist walk-in customers.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Prepare invoices, enter data and run reports in MYOB.
  • Support the team with general administrative duties as required.
  • Handle Accounts Payable/Receivable and stock ordering.
  • Manage email correspondence with customers and suppliers.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals as needed.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong customer service focus and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions accurately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and MYOB accounting software.
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve and take initiative.
  • High attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
