Administration Officer (Finance & Reception)
Applications are invited from suitably experienced persons for the position of an Administration Officer part-time, 19 hours (3 days, negotiable) 0.50 FTE. This is an Education Support Officer, Category B position under the Victorian Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA).
The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children.
This role focuses on attending to finance and administrative tasks in the management and organisation of the school. The successful applicant will be appropriately qualified, demonstrate enthusiasm and ability to provide expertise in a range of administrative matters, particularly with financial skills including payroll and human relations.
Experience with school administration practices an advantage.
The successful applicant will be subject to a Working with Children Check and a National Police Record Check.
