About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual looking to kickstart or grow their career in a fast-paced, commercial, corporate setting. In this role, you’ll support the customer accounts team, working directly with clients and freight carriers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of client accounts
- Liaise with carriers to coordinate logistics and resolve service issues
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a solutions-focused mindset
- Support reporting, documentation, and billing requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations
About You
- University degree preferred
- 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, logistics, or account coordination
- Passion for relationship-building and problem-solving
- Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Organised, proactive, and eager to grow professionally
