TenacityCX are working with this National Facilities Management Company to help build out their Customer Service Co ordination team.
We have multiple roles available!
The Opportunity: As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of daily maintenance activities across multiple sites. Acting as the central point of contact for clients and contractors, you will ensure that jobs are scheduled, completed on time, and delivered to the highest standards of quality, budget, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and allocate routine and ad hoc jobs across client sites
- Monitor work orders to ensure delivery within agreed timeframes & budgets
- Provide clear and timely communication with clients and contractors
- Manage compliance, documentation, and contractor registrations
- Support the continuous improvement of processes, reporting, and service delivery
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience in an office based role - ideally within scheduling ; facilities management, logistics or a related role
- Strong organisational & multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in MS Office and live information management systems
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to service excellence
- MUST have unrestricted working rights ie PR or Australian citizen
