Commercial Manager - Work inc Coworking – Lavender Bay, North Sydney

We’re looking for a Commercial Manager to drive occupancy across our one of a kind coworking spaces. You don’t need a property background, but you do need proven sales experience, a commercial mindset, and the ability to spot and seize opportunities.

What you’ll do:

Drive member acquisition through inbound and outbound leads – including walk-ins, referrals, and maintain a CRM

Work closely with each business owner, tailoring membership solutions to suit how they operate and what their business needs most.

Conduct space tours with confidence, showcasing our unique spaces and clearly presenting membership options and benefits.

Support proposal development and provide internal reporting on occupancy and pipeline metrics.

Collaborate with our Brand Manager on sales messaging, event promotions, and digital campaigns.

Seek alternative methods to generate new business – from partnerships to local activations – keeping our community buzzing with fresh energy.

Be commercially minded – recognise opportunities, act on them, and contribute ideas that will drive revenue growth.

What we’re looking for:

Someone entrepreneurial by nature, who thrives in a fast paced, community-driven environment.

A proven track record in sales (B2B, services, or memberships, property experience not essential).

A confident communicator who builds rapport quickly and converts interest into long-term relationships.

A creative problem solver who can identify new ways to bring business into the space.

Organised and data driven, with CRM experience.
