About the Role
CIMET is looking for a Partnership Manager to join our Partnerships team in Sydney. This role will support the Director of Partnerships in managing key B2B relationships, driving commercial outcomes, and expanding CIMET’s partner ecosystem across retail, fintech, telco, and loyalty sectors.
This is an on-site role in our Sydney office, designed to provide direct exposure to enterprise-level negotiations and strategic partnership management, while also developing strong commercial and operational skills for long-term growth in partner sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Relationship Management: Manage day-to-day communications with key partners, ensuring strong relationships and alignment on growth objectives.
Deal & Contract Administration: Support new partner onboarding, contract management, and ensure smooth execution of commercial agreements.
Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain data integrity in CRM systems, update partnership pipeline, and generate reports for visibility across the leadership team.
Strategic Meeting Support: Coordinate and prepare for meetings with major partners and prospects, including agenda development, briefing materials, and follow-ups.
Commercial Development: Shadow and support the Director of Partnerships in enterprise-level negotiations, business reviews, and new business pitches.
Market Outreach & Prospecting: Assist in identifying and approaching new potential partners across energy, broadband, finance, and loyalty programs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver on partner requirements and ensure successful go-to-market execution.
About You

Your Background
Experience in client-facing roles such as Business Development, Account Management, or Partnerships.
Exposure to industries such as energy, telco, fintech, MarTech, or loyalty platforms.
Understanding of performance-based commercial models is preferred.
Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or related field.
Benefits & Compensation
Total OTE: $120,000
Base Salary: $80,000 (inclusive of superannuation)
Plus commissions
