Shifts will vary depending on our clinic needs - so flexibility is key. Experience is desirable but we will consider candidates with little to no receptionist experience - we look to employ not only on ability but on personal attributes.

Key Responsibilities

Warm Welcome: Greet and assist patients with a friendly smile, ensuring a positive first impression.

Appointment Management: Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, reminders, and patient inquiries via phone and in person.

Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including maintaining patient records, processing payments, and ensuring the reception area is tidy and organised.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Physiotherapists and other staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences.
