At PFi you will be responsible for:
Coordinate workforce resources, logistics, and scheduling in preparation for upcoming site projects.
Assist with communication and scheduling with external contractors or suppliers.
Administer site inductions for employees and contractors.
Provide on-site support to trade teams.
Oversee end-to-end site mobilisation processes, including booking flights, accommodation, and site access for all personnel.
Check and approve employee rosters and timesheets for accurate payroll.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers.
Use software for scheduling, safety management, and resource tracking.
Coordinate administrative functions for the service team.
Approve and process invoices and procurement requests.
Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Escalate outstanding issues or induction/training requirements.
We're interested in hearing from people who have:
Essential
2–3 years’ experience in administration or coordination within a technical, construction, or trade-related environment.
Strong administration, communication, and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of site safety documentation and induction processes.
Ability to check and approve timesheets and rosters.
Preferred
Proven experience in mobilisation or site coordination roles, preferably within the mining or industrial sectors.
Experience in manufacturing, construction, engineering, or mining.
Certificate/qualification in Business Administration, Project Coordination, or similar.
Experience with job management or workforce coordination software.
Exposure to ISO 9001 or similar quality/safety systems.
