Kyabram District Health Service (KDHS) is a medium-sized rural health service that delivers a range of programs and services including acute, subacute, residential aged care and allied and primary health care services. KDHS has three campuses located in the townships of Kyabram, Stanhope and Tongala.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with to support four Executives.

The role will require someone with demonstrated ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload with multiple demands. Exceptional skills in the use of the Microsoft suite as well as experience using the Convene program will be favourably viewed. We are keen to for an applicant who has the capacity to sustain effort and productivity, setting a high standard for self and others.

About you

  • Demonstrated experience in executive administration, preferably in a health or aged care related field.
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to develop networks and work collaboratively with other health care professionals, clients, the community and other external agencies
  • Strong organisational skills with demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet timelines
  • Experience in systems development and management within an Office environment
  • Capacity to work independently and to drive initiatives within tight timeframes
