- Full-Time Perm Role & Fixed Term Contracts
- Customer service, investigating and providing the best service possible
- Mostly inbound calls with customers, call duration 20 minutes on average
- Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM & 9:00 AM 5:00 PM, fortnightly rotation

The Opportunity:
Due to internal promotions, movements and customer demand, we have multiple opportunities to join one of Australia’s premier toll-road companies based in Eastern Creek or Sydney CBD.
Full training will be in Eastern Creek initially, and the location to work can be chosen post-training.
As a Collections Officer, your role directly contributes to the company's success by optimizing cash flow and minimizing bad debt. Your role will involve resolving any complex credit issues and collecting outstanding payments while providing a high level of customer service. This is not a high-volume phone call role but lengthy, investigative calls with customers, predominantly inbound all while delivering an exceptional customer service experience for clients

About you:
We are seeking someone who is naturally curious, customer service driven, and possesses resilience and empathy. Prior experience in a contact centre or collections-based role is essential!
- Experience working within a contact centre or a collections-based role
- Intermediate Excel experience.
- Resilient and pick up systems & processes quickly.
- Ability to use multiple systems and screens
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- A positive and resilient attitude, with the ability to pick up systems and processes quickly.
