Join their accomplished finance team as an Accounts Receivable Officer and become an integral part of their success journey. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you'll be maintaining financial operations while engaging in varied responsibilities that include:

Processing and reconciling customer payments against outstanding invoices with precision and efficiency

Managing proactive customer communications regarding account status and payment schedules

Collaborating effectively with clients to facilitate prompt resolution of overdue accounts

Conducting comprehensive credit assessments for new customers and establishing appropriate credit facilities

Contributing to monthly financial reporting processes and closing procedures

Investigating and resolving billing queries, disputes, and account discrepancies

Supporting collection activities and implementing effective debt recovery strategies

Undertaking additional finance-related projects and initiatives as business needs arise

To excel in this position, you will bring a minimum of 3-4 years of accounts receivable experience gained within a similar-sized, fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment. Your exceptional interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and collaborative approach will enable you to thrive within a dynamic and results-focused team.
