Generating leads to build your database & expand local market share

Database management & client care

Appraising, preparing, listing & marketing property to potential buyers

Demonstrating knowledge of current market trends

Ability to negotiate between buyers & sellers

Working Saturdays is essential

Skills Required

Strong negotiation, interpersonal, & communication skills

Experience with Google's Workspace/G Suite of products

Technically proficient and comfortable with new technologies

Strong work ethic & self motivated

Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment

Essential Requirements

Well presented with a confident and mature demeanour

Current assistant agent certificate or real estate licence & current NSW driver’s licence with reliable car
