Key Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business and manage buyer enquiries with professionalism
• Attend open homes, auctions, and vendor meetings
• Prepare vendor reports, presentations, and campaign marketing material
• Be directly involved in offers, negotiations, and the sales process from listing to settlement
• Support the lead agent in delivering seamless, high-impact campaigns

About You

• Previous experience as a Sales Associate (Certificate of Registration or Licence required)
• Confident communicator with polished presentation and strong people skills
• Motivated, driven, and career-focused with a genuine passion for real estate
• Organised and detail-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ambitious to build your profile and progress into a standalone sales role
