One of our clients in Surry Hills is on the hunt for a sales associate to join one of their agents' as part of their team. This agency has a large sales team coupled with a thriving property management department. For this role we are open to both entry level and experienced applicants. There is the opportunity for training from green or upskilling with current experience. You will be the only sales associate for this agent and will start appearing on listings from day one. The majority of this role will be split between prospecting, buyer management and aiding with light administration work. This is a Monday to Saturday role with a day in lieu during the week.

Buyer and Vendor management

Pipeline nurturing

Aid in the sales process and be hands-on with clients through the process

Hands on management of marketing via web, print and social

Assisting with coordinating exchanges and settlements

Support with client communication, data maintenance and management from appraisal through to post settlement

Ideally have previous real estate experience working in a sales centric role

Own car and Licence

Strong written and verbal communication
