Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow your own portfolio of listings

Prospect, appraise, and secure new business opportunities

Run property campaigns from start to finish

Negotiate and close property transactions with confidence

Build long-term relationships with vendors and buyers to secure repeat and referral business

Represent Green Real Estate Agency with professionalism and market expertise

What We’re Looking For

2+ years proven experience in residential property sales

Real Estate Licence required

Strong record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets

Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills

Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven

Professional presentation and a client-first mindset

Current driver’s licence
