About the role:

We are looking for an experienced project sales agent who knows how to close deals and build lasting relationships. Reporting to the Director, you will drive sales across sought-after residential land estates and play a key role in shaping the success of multiple key projects.

• Manage and qualify leads to convert to appointments
• Establish relationships with builders to generate sales/packages
• Prepare sales advice and coordinate deposit payments
• Negotiate sales and nurture buyers through exchange and settlement
• Collate price and market feedback reports for the developer

Experience required:

• NSW Class 2 real estate license
• Solid track record in land or off plan apartment sales
• Confident negotiator and relationship builder
• Self-driven, goal focused, and ready to perform
• Reliable car and valid driver’s license
• Availability 5 days per week including Saturday and Sunday

Benefits:

• $70,000 + super + commissions
