Our clients are one of Western Suburbs leading real estate agencies, and they are looking for a hard-working Sales Associate to support one of their highly experienced Sales Agents and join their team of high pace successful sales agents.

Working closely alongside one of their Sales Agents, you’ll form a dynamic team and deliver the highest standard of services to your clients and their community. They are offering personal and professional development, and the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry.

Working in a collaborative and successful team, working along Top Sales Agents in one of the Top Agencies on the Western Suburbs.

Duties including:

• Prospecting for new listing opportunities
• Preparing for and attending appraisals with the Sales Agent
• Ensuring a smooth sales campaign process from start to finish.
• Conducting open homes
• Managing enquiries and relationships

Skills and experience

They are looking for someone who, like the rest of their team, want to learn and grow in their career. To succeed in this role, we hope you’ll have:

• 6 months + experience in the Real Estate sector
• Mandarin speaking preferred
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm to work with this team, as well as work well on your own.
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration
• A valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle
• Attention to detail, excellent customer service and people skills.
• Great presentation, and even greater communications skills
• Drive and motivation to succeed.
