With rapid expansion underway, we are seeking a hands-on Stock, Service & Scheduling Manager to bring structure, accountability, and efficiency to our local operations.
About the Role
This is a newly created, full-time position designed to improve the way we manage stock, scheduling, and service workflows. The role will ensure every job leaves our warehouse fully prepared, supported by accurate stock management and clear communication across departments.
You will be responsible for managing two critical communication channels (orders@empire and service@empire), coordinating materials, and ensuring smooth pre-site preparation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, accountability, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee stock levels, materials, and job allocations.
Manage and respond to orders@empire and service@empire inboxes.
Develop a streamlined system for delivery and pre-site preparation.
Ensure jobs leave with correct equipment, tools, and contingency stock.
Work closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and service teams to coordinate schedules.
Implement process improvements to balance efficiency with job readiness.
Monitor accountability and introduce systems to reduce errors and delays.
About You
Strong background in warehouse, logistics, or operations management.
Excellent organisational and scheduling skills.
Strong technical knowledge of materials and job preparation processes.
Proficiency with digital tools and communication platforms.
A proactive problem-solver who can anticipate issues and create solutions.
Experience in construction, glazing, or manufacturing (preferred but not essential).
