About the Opportunity

We’re on the hunt for an fantastic Service Advisor to join our growing team!

If you love talking to people, keeping things organised, and making sure every customer has a great experience, this is a role where you can really make an impact. We’re looking for someone with a bit of mechanical knowhow – perfect if you’re ready to step off the tools but still stay close to cars and the action.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our service customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. Your role will include scheduling bookings, coordinating service and repairs, and keeping customers updated every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

Providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.

Scheduling service and repair appointments and managing vehicle check-ins/outs.

Organising customer quotes for service and repairs.

Following up on customer enquiries and ensuring timely responses.

Keeping customer records spot-on and up to date.

Helping out with general admin tasks as needed.

About You

A customer service legend with great communication skills.

Mechanical knowhow or automotive experience is a big plus

Super organised with attention to detail.

Reliable and ready to roll with a strong work ethic.

Keen to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.

A team player with a positive attitude.

Basic computer skills and a willingness to pick up new systems.

A valid driver’s license is a bonus!
