About the role
An established trade services business is seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role coordinating daily job schedules, liaising with property managers and tenants, and ensuring our field team is set up to deliver efficient, professional service.

Key responsibilities include:

Scheduling and coordinating jobs to optimise routes and maximise productivity

Liaise with tradespeople, property managers, and tenants to keep jobs on track

Monitoring job progress and adjusting schedules in real time to respond to urgent works or delays

Maintaining accurate job records within our job management system (Simpro)

Following up on approvals, and outstanding jobs

Assist with office administration and customer service tasks

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in job scheduling, workforce coordination, or operations (ideally within a trade or maintenance environment)

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach

Familiarity with Simpro or similar job management systems (desirable)

Ability to thrive in a busy, reactive environment and make sound decisions
