About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the practice

Support and mentor a team of dentists, hygienists, and support staff

Oversee staff rosters, payroll, and recruitment

Manage patient bookings, recalls, and customer service delivery

Monitor KPIs, budgets, and reporting to practice owners

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and infection control standards

Drive continuous improvement in patient care and practice efficiency

About You

We are looking for an engaging leader with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach. You’ll ideally bring:

Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager (or senior dental administrator ready to step up)

Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills

A sound understanding of dental software and practice workflows (e.g. D4W or similar)

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
