The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Practice Manager who can take charge of daily operations and lead the practice to its next stage of growth.
Your Role:
Staff management, HR & 1:1 rostering
Scheduling across all workflows
Procurement and stock management
Driving KPIs and achieving monthly business targets
Streamlining systems for workflow efficiency
Coaching and motivating a high-performing team
Oversee Dentists, Reception and clinical staff
Day to day operations
Business forecasting
Risk and governance compliance
Hands on management
About You
Previous experience in dental practice management
Strong leadership and team development skills
Experience in patient relations
Proven ability to achieve KPIs and improve processes
Excellent communicator, organised and results-driven
