With several landmark projects underway, we are seeking a Project Surveyor to join our team and play a central role in survey, coordination, and project delivery.

About the Role

The Project Surveyor will be responsible for delivering accurate setout, producing coordinated mark-ups for our teams, and assisting with the planning and ordering of formwork materials. This role combines technical surveying with project support, ensuring our site teams have the information and resources required to deliver complex structures.

Key responsibilities include:

Performing survey setout for formwork, cores, columns, and slabs in line with project drawings

Preparing and issuing coordinated survey mark-ups for IC Formwork site teams

Verifying design accuracy through as-built surveys and control point management

Assisting with ordering, scheduling, and allocation of formwork materials

Maintaining survey records, updating project documentation, and providing layout data for planning

Liaising with project engineers, site managers, and builders to resolve discrepancies

Ensuring compliance with survey accuracy, safety requirements, and quality standards

About You

Degree or Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management

Experience in construction surveying and setout (formwork/structures highly regarded)

Proficiency with survey instruments total stations and associated field and office software

Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings and translate them into accurate layouts

Strong documentation and mark-up skills

Experience with materials planning or ordering

Collaborative approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, safety, and quality delivery
