As a Client-Side Project Manager, you'll be the key liaison between clients, consultants, and contractors-ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll manage the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and planning through to delivery and handover.

• Lead and manage multiple projects across major institutional sectors.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines
• Engage and coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, risks, and compliance
• Provide strategic advice and reporting to clients
• Ensure quality assurance and contract administration

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience in client-side project management or a related field
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts (e.g., AS 4000), and project delivery frameworks
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
