About the role

As an experienced Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a central role in guiding financial decision-making across a wide range of projects. With support from our senior team, you’ll work with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver expert cost planning, reporting, and advice – ensuring every project achieves value and impact.

This is a chance to step into a role where no two days are the same, and your expertise will directly shape projects across Victoria.

What you’ll be doing

Leading projects alongside the senior team, building strong client relationships

Cost planning and quantification from concept through to construction

Providing budget analysis and value management strategies

Preparing tender evaluations and reports

Contract administration, including progress claims and variation assessments

Assisting with contract negotiations

What we’re looking for

Must-haves

Excellent communication skills

3+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor

Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Contract Administration

Solid understanding of the Australian construction industry and market

Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely

Client-facing confidence and passion for delivering impact

Driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites when needed

Nice-to-haves

AIQS membership (preferred but not essential)

People leadership experience (helpful, but not a deal-breaker – we’ll shape the role to your strengths)
