Work Load

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime when projects demand. You will be involved in end-to-end project delivery including planning, resourcing, site supervision, subcontractor management, cost control, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. A dynamic and hands-on approach is essential.

Salary and Financial Stability

Competitive annual salary between AU$100,000 - AU$140,000 + superannuation (commensurate with experience).

Your Experience

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer in civil construction

Strong understanding of project delivery, cost management, and subcontractor coordination

Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively

High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety and quality

Relevant tertiary qualifications in civil engineering (preferred)

Current driver's licence and White Card
