Your role will include:

Conducting property inspections (initial, routine, and final bond inspections)

Preparing clear and accurate property condition reports using our systems

Liaising with property managers, tenants, and our admin team as needed

We’re looking for someone who is:

Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional

Comfortable using a tablet/smartphone for reporting

Able to work independently with a positive attitude

Holds a valid driver’s licence and has access to a reliable vehicle
