We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Medical Liaison Officer to join our team, with a focus on driving business growth in the Hoxton Park area.

There is also Part time Liaison Officer position available for Box Hill and another part time position for North Sydney area. We consider 3 part time or one full time applicant.

Role Overview:
As a Medical Liaison Officer, you will be the face of Harbour Radiology to referring healthcare professionals, including GPs, specialists, and allied health providers. Your primary responsibility will be to strengthen existing relationships and establish new ones to increase referrals and grow our presence in your assigned territory.

Desired Experience:
Experience in radiology marketing is highly regarded but not essential. A background in radiology as a radiographer or receptionist will also be considered advantageous.

To Be Considered, You Must Have:

Proven experience in medical sales and territory management

Background in radiology is not essential, but it is an advantage (radiographer or receptionist experience preferred)

Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with medical professionals and patients

Leadership qualities and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Strong commitment to business development and growth

Outstanding organisational and time-management skills

Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse and interpret data

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Professional presentation, with strong verbal and written communication abilities

A current Australian Driver’s Licence

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring practitioners

Drive sales growth within the Hoxton Park territory

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including radiologists and the business manager

Provide regular feedback from referrers and report on market trends

Manage the practice's presence on social media, Google, and the website

Demonstrate basic knowledge of medical software commonly used in GP and specialist clinics

Assist in planning and coordinating educational events for referring practitioners
