Are you a detail-driven bookkeeper with good knowledge of Xero and a solid grasp of Australian tax systems? The Nursery & Garden Industry NSW & ACT Ltd (NGINA) is seeking a proactive, customer focused professional to join their friendly team for 14 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Bank reconciliations, invoicing, payroll

Month-end journal entries

Budgeting and cash flow management

Financial reporting for CEO and Board

BAS, IAS, FBT returns

Audit support and statutory compliance

What You’ll Need:

2+ years bookkeeping experience

Xero expertise (essential)

Bookkeeping/accounting qualifications

Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset

Experience in not-for-profits or industry associations (highly regarded)

Familiarity with Hubspot and Humanitix (a plus)
