The Role
We’re on the hunt for a versatile Retail Assistant to join our Sydney CBD store. This multifaceted role blends inventory oversight, retail sales, eCommerce support, and customer service. If you’re organised, tech-savvy, and passionate about premium products and people, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Sales: Promote and sell our high-end products in-store, providing expert recommendations to meet customer needs and boost sales targets.

Orders and eCommerce: Assist with instore and online order processing, update product listings, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service in-store and online, handling inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Inventory and retail display: Maintain a well-presented and organised retail space.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in retail sales, or eCommerce (cycling industry experience is a plus but not required).

Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.

Confidence in sales and a knack for building customer relationships.

Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or a willingness to learn (experience with tools like Shopify is a bonus).

Passion for bicycles and premium cycling products.

Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
