What You’ll Be Doing
As the first point of contact for new clients, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding buyers through their homebuilding journey. From initial enquiry to signed contract, your focus will be on building trust, qualifying prospects, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales process from enquiry to contract signing
- Guide clients through the new home journey (no land sourcing required)
- Deliver a premium, solutions-focused customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover
- Drive sales success through lead conversion, follow-up, and relationship building
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need a background in construction or building – we’re seeking candidates with proven sales ability, strong people skills, and a stable career history.
We’re especially interested in candidates from:
- Retail or luxury sales
- Automotive / car dealerships
- New home sales associates (hosts, support roles)
- Real estate or property sales
- Customer service or contact centres
- Aviation / cabin crew with premium service experience
You’ll bring:
- A stable employment history (non-negotiable)
- A track record of sales performance and goal achievement
- Excellent communication, presentation, and rapport-building skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with hunger for success
- Willingness to work weekends with midweek days off
- Reliable transport (essential)
