Are you passionate about sales and enjoy working in a dynamic, customer-focused environment? We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our team at The Future Pool Shop Spa World , a leading retailer in the pool and spa industry.

You’ll be the go-to expert for our full Spa World product range, pool equipment (including heaters, robotic cleaners, filters, and more), and play a key role in expanding our service offerings for both domestic and commercial clients.

What You'll Do:

Assist customers with product selection across our full range of spas, swim spas , saunas, pool equipment and accessories

Provide expert advice on pool equipment including heaters, pumps, filtration systems, and robotic cleaners

Drive sales through excellent customer service and in-depth product knowledge

Support the growth and development of our service division, including pool maintenance, servicing, and repairs

Build relationships with domestic and commercial clients to grow repeat business and service contracts

Stay up to date on industry trends and new products to maintain a competitive edge

Collaborate with our service and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from sale to post-sale support

What We’re Looking For:

Proven sales experience – preferably in retail, trade, or pool/spa industries

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Confidence in advising on technical products (training provided)

A proactive, customer-first attitude with a strong sense of initiative

Interest or background in pools, spas, or home improvement is a bonus

Valid driver’s license (preferred for site visits or client meetings)
