The opportunity

Shree Petroleum Trust is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead our store. As Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

This is a full-time role based in Culburra Beach , NSW.

Key responsibilities

Manage and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive store performance

Monitor and analyse store-level data to identify areas for improvement and optimise operations

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Participate in inventory management, product ordering, and visual merchandising

Collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

Experience in a retail management role, preferably in the consumer products industry

Proven track record of driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and delivering a high-quality customer experience

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Proficient in using data analysis tools to make informed business decisions
