Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store in Temora. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, driving sales performance, and ensuring high standards of customer service. This role requires excellent leadership, strong operational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory, staffing, merchandising, and customer service.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance store profitability.

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely ordering and replenishment of inventory.

Lead, train, and schedule staff to ensure a productive and motivated team.

Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and health and safety regulations.

Analyze store performance data and implement improvements based on insights.

Maintain cleanliness, store presentation, and product quality at all times.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Experience & Qualifications

An AQF Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Associate Degree, or higher qualification is essential for eligibility

At least 1 year of experience in a retail or hospitality management role.

Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Familiarity with POS systems, inventory control, and retail best practices.

Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
