• Salary: $77,000 – $80,000 per annum

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma-level qualification in a relevant field

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail management role

• Strong customer service and team leadership skills

• Experience in tobacco or specialty retail preferred

Duties include:

• Overseeing daily store operations

• Managing staff and rosters

• Stock control and supplier coordination

• Ensuring high levels of customer service

• Meeting sales and compliance standards
