The Role:

As the Retail Manager at Crust Pizza Newport, you'll be responsible for the daily operations of the store, team leadership, customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of front and back-of-house staff

Oversee daily store operations, stock control, and rostering

Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service

Drive sales and manage store performance targets

Train and develop team members to foster a positive work culture

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2-3 years proven experience in a retail, hospitality, or QSR management role

Strong leadership and communication skills

A hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving abilities

Experience with stock management, loss prevention, and achieving sales targets/KPIs

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with POS systems, rostering software, and basic computer skills for reporting

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required

Full availability including evenings, weekends, and public holidays (standard retail trading hours)

Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (preferred but not essential)

Australian work rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)
