Description of role:

Due to an internal restructure in the business an opportunity has arisen for a full-time Property Manager to join our Retail Projex Management Team. The Property Manager will be point of call and accountable for the day-to-day management of retail assets with a Diverse Portfolio across New South Wales with the support of experienced Property Managers.

Key responsibilities will include:

All areas of Property Management to include lease administration, financial management and operations.

Maximising Asset net profit and revenue opportunities

Conduct rent reviews and facilitate rent renewals

Lease & Arrears management

Budgeting and Asset financial management to include accruals and reforecasting, controlling, and monitoring asset expenditure.

Build and maintain tenant and client relationships

Taking ownership in the management of the assets

Managing operations and contractors

Implement and maintain all operational risk management processes

Must Have:

Certificate of Registration and or working towards Real Estate Licence

Previous experience in property administration, including a thorough understanding of common retail leasing practices, legislation, procedures, and terminology

Prior experience in managing financial budgets and the accruals process

Have a strong client-oriented approach

Minimum intermediate level of MS Office skills

Strong attention to detail

Organisational & prioritisation skills

Exceptionable strong communication skills both written and verbal
