L J Hooker Brighton Le Sands is looking for a new team member to join it's high performing Property Management Team. This is an exciting position, with the opportunity to grow and develop your skills. Extensive training will be provided to the successful candidate. Saturday work is essential with a day off mid week.

We are seeking a bubbly individual who is passionate about Real Estate and who wants to work alongside a dedicated team. This is an ideal position for an individual with a positive can do attitude who isn’t afraid of hard work and can work in a fast paced environment.

Application processing and tenant placement

Conducting open homes and inspections - Saturdays and mid week

Managing leasing enquiries via email and phone

Prepare properties for online advertising

Preparing leases and conduct lease meetings

Conduct ingoing condition reports

Ideal candidate

Certificate of Registration, motor vehicle & valid driver's license

Previous experience in Real Estate not essential

Positive can do attitude

Well presented with great communication skills both oral and written

Understanding of great customer service
