As the Land Sales Associate for Seebeck Group Enterprise, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our residential land within our property developments, while delivering an exceptional client experience from first enquiry through to settlement. This role involves engaging with prospective buyers, builders, and community stakeholders, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable land options that align with their goals and budget and our availability.
In addition to day-to-day sales activities, you may be required to coordinate and manage sales events, including land release launches, open days, and community engagement activities, ensuring they are well-promoted, professionally executed, and deliver measurable sales outcomes.
The position requires a combination of proactive prospecting, relationship building, expert product knowledge, sales marketing, target marketing, liaising with graphic designers where requested/required, and the ability to close deals while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies and objectives.
