We are currently looking for a Sales Associate to join our Melbourne Metro North Team with a talent in starting conversations, developing relationships and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

Generate and Manage Sales Leads and Provide Exclusive Sales to L.V.D GROUP

Build rapport and Network with Land Developers, Property Developers and Local Agents

Assist Customers with Curating their Home Design

Maintain Allocated Display Homes & Suites in a Professional State

Manage Day-to-Day Operations of Allocated Display Homes & Suites Including Opening & Closing

Your Qualities:

Able to Work Weekends Every Week - Display Home Opening Days (Sat - Wed)

Experience in a Similar Role Preferred

Willingness to Learn and Grow with the Company

Strong People Skills

Passionate About Sales and Customer Service

Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills with the Ability to Negotiate

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Current Drivers License as Travel Will Be Required

Australian Citizen or Valid Right to Work
