Saturday work required

Your Role Will Include:

Prospecting and generating leads in the Doncaster and surrounding suburbs – including door knocking, cold/warm calling, and database engagement

Attending open homes, buyer appointments, and auctions

Preparing for and attending listing presentations and property appraisals

Handling buyer inquiries and follow-ups

Liaising with vendors, buyers, conveyancers, photographers, and suppliers

What We're Looking For:

1–2 years of experience in residential real estate (preferred but not essential)

Current VIC Agent’s Representative Certificate

A strong passion for real estate sales and the drive to build a long-term career

High level of initiative, energy, and motivation to succeed

A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills

Strong knowledge of Doncaster and surrounding suburbs (advantageous)
