About the Role

As the Inspection Manager, you’ll play a key part in the leasing and property management process, working closely with our Property Managers, Department Manager, Rental Providers and Renters. From showcasing properties at opens, to conducting detailed entry, routine and vacate inspections, to supporting the administration side of the department, this role is diverse and rewarding.

You will be the eyes and ears of the rental team, ensuring properties are compliant and well maintained, while providing feedback and excellent communication to clients and colleagues.

Your new position as an Inspection Manager will include the following key responsibilities:

Conduct open homes and private inspections with professionalism and care

Present properties and answer renter enquiries

Record inspection details and applicant feedback in our systems

Carry out entry, routine and vacate inspections, providing reports

Identify maintenance or compliance issues and communicate effectively with the team

Assist with administration including invoicing, reconciliations, key management and client communication

Provide support across the Property Management team, including reception and BDM assistance when required

Contribute to team meetings, training sessions and process improvement initiatives

About You

To thrive in this role, you will have:

A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

A collaborative, team focused attitude and eagerness to learn

Availability to work some Saturdays

A current driver’s licence and your own vehicle

Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or willingness to obtain)
